Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our sales and marketing team in India. As a key member, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective merchandising plans to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure stores are well-stocked and visually appealing to customers.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales and retail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
