Software Engineering Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our innovative team.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to architecture decisions, design and implement scalable and secure backend services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Development & Architecture: Design and implement backend services in Rust, optimizing performance, memory usage, and reliability.
  • Integration & APIs: Build and enhance APIs and data pipelines that interface with internal services, external partners, and end-users.
  • Security & Reliability: Apply best practices for secure coding, conduct thorough code reviews, and implement testing strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain system integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Skillset:

  • Rust Expertise: Strong proficiency in Rust programming and its ecosystem, including crates, testing frameworks, and tooling.
  • Backend & Distributed Systems: Understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
  • Performance & Concurrency: Proven experience profiling applications, optimizing performance-critical code paths, and handling concurrency safely and efficiently.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Comfortable with Git-based workflows, continuous integration, and automated testing pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of software development experience, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience coding in Rust.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
