We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Indexing Engineer to lead the development and optimization of our AI-powered data retrieval and knowledge management systems at Bryckel AI.

Job Summary:

This role involves designing, building, and maintaining large-scale RAG systems on the cloud, focusing on efficient data indexing strategies. You will also develop and deploy scalable knowledge graphs to structure and organize massive datasets, ensuring seamless accessibility and enhanced insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build Enterprise-level RAG systems on the cloud, focusing on efficient data indexing and retrieval strategies.
  • Develop and deploy scalable knowledge graphs to structure and organize large datasets, ensuring easy accessibility and enhanced insights.
  • Fine-tune AI models and data pipelines to improve accuracy and relevancy across multiple applications.
  • Build and deploy machine learning workflows using Python, leveraging AWS Lambda for serverless and scalable solutions.
  • Continuously research and implement best practices for indexing, vocabulary management, and knowledge graph optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RAG systems seamlessly into the enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years in AI engineering, with a focus on RAG, data indexing, knowledge graphs, and cloud-based solutions. Senior folks - do not apply.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in building and optimizing RAG systems for enterprise-level cloud environments.
  • In-depth understanding of semantic chunking and vocabulary fine-tuning techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge graph construction, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in AWS Lambda and deploying serverless architectures on the cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on optimizing data retrieval and AI performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • On-job experience in OCR, AWS Bedrock
  • Experience with NLP models- multi-modal models and frameworks.
  • Experience with vector databases and embedding techniques.
  • Knowledge of API development for seamless AI integration into enterprise applications.
  • Available immediately and willing to move to Bangalore.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
