Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our global team of talented engineers in the development and delivery of our products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Payment and Fintech, with expertise in backend programming languages such as C#, Java, Scala, Go, etc.

Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a global engineering team, overseeing project planning and execution, setting engineering standards and practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a management role, strong proficiency in backend programming languages, and a security-first mindset.

  • Lead and Mentor Engineers: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally and technically.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
  • Engineering Standards and Practices: Set engineering standards and practices to ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to define and execute on product roadmaps.
