We are seeking a Telecaller/ Telesales professional to join our team in Navi Mumbai.
About the Role:
- Our ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- They will lead and manage tele sales/collection activities, ensuring they meet and exceed yearly target performance.
- The successful candidate will also monitor and analyze daily call data, prepare regular reviews, and provide feedback on process/product improvement based on random call listening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Engage with customers and prospects through outbound calls, fostering relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales and Collection: Lead and manage tele sales/collection activities, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze call data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements to processes and products, informed by feedback from random call listening.
