Job Description

As a seasoned professional in Livelihood Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving project implementation and learning across various sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Project Operations and Learning: Collaborate with project leads/teams to effectively execute livelihood activities aligned with project design, activity plan, and quality standards.
  2. Enhancing Technical Quality: Foster strong relationships with Director – Social Additionality to enhance the technical quality of project interventions.
  3. Implementation Planning: Develop detailed implementation plans and budgets; support project teams in achieving defined objectives and targets.
  4. Directive Issuance: Issue relevant directives and guidelines for timely and effective project activity implementation.
  5. Operational Challenges: Proactively identify operational challenges and coordinate timely solutions with the project team and Director – SA.
  6. Knowledge Management: Develop knowledge management products such as case studies, success stories, technical manuals, and booklets showcasing project impact.
  7. Reflective Practices: Promote reflective practices to continuously refine strategies and approaches for greater impact and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in Social Work/Sciences, Entrepreneurship Development, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing livelihood or income generation programs in the social sector.
  • Desirable Experience: Experience in social business development is highly desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, Tamil, Bengali, and Telugu is essential.
