About the Role

As a Senior Network Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, deploy, and maintain secure and reliable network infrastructure in compliance with regulatory frameworks.

  • Design, implement, and configure critical network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Develop and automate regular network audits and compliance checks using Ansible, Python, Bash, and IAC tools (Terraform, Crossplane).
  • Manage OS upgrades, routing changes, ACL/firewall updates, and ensure that change control processes align with compliance requirements.
  • Deploy and manage next-generation firewall solutions (Palo Alto), including rule reviews, vulnerability mitigation, and audit preparation.
  • Secure, segment, and manage network resources across cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure, GCP); integrate security best practices and compliance controls.
  • Respond to security/network incidents, perform traffic/port scans, document findings, and lead post-mortems to reduce risks and maintain audit trails.

You will collaborate with vendors, IT teams, compliance specialists, and development teams to deliver robust, compliant infrastructure and integrate controls into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

We're seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in firewall management (Palo Alto preferred), automation (Ansible, Python, Bash), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Crossplane) in regulated environments.
