Graphic Design Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced graphic design specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, preferably in the B2B tech product/service space.

This is a completely remote, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a well-established RevOps partner to leading brands in North America, as we evolve into a product company.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional design input, both strategic and tactical, to support our GTM team. This includes creating marketing and sales collaterals, digital assets, and branding materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience creating engaging marketing materials, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and other visual content.
  • Solid experience creating digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Strong understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Experience being deeply involved with (or ideally leading) branding and visual identity for B2B organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communications skills.
