Job Title: Senior Economics Instructor

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and Mentor Students:
    • Teach undergraduate/postgraduate Management courses, covering topics in economics and management.
  • Course Development:
    • Create and update curriculum and course materials aligned with current economic policies, business practices, and academic standards.
  • Student Support:
    • Assist students in academic projects, dissertations, research, and internships related to economics and management.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
    • Evaluate students' coursework, assignments, presentations, and examinations.
  • Professional Growth:
    • Conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance applied learning.
  • Research and Collaboration:
    • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
  • Industry Trends:
    • Integrate emerging methodologies and economic trends into teaching and research.

 

Qualifications
  • Degree Requirements:
    • Possess a Master's or Ph.D. in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Preferred: prior teaching and/or industry/research experience in Economics.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Desirable: proficiency in analytical tools, statistical software (e.g., R, STATA, SPSS), and data interpretation.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Essential: excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
