This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in technology transformation and join a vibrant team of innovators who are driving change and accelerating business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology program management, product management, engineering, or business analysis with experience in agile methodologies. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to influence without authority, and have a proven track record of running successful workshops and facilitation sessions.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing new processes and standards, supporting the roll-out, training, and support of these initiatives, defining requirements and documenting them, and analyzing and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for collaboration, organizational agility, and business acumen. They should be comfortable working in an omni-channel retail environment and be able to adapt to a hybrid work model.

About the Team:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of professional technical experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities in areas such as technology roles, business analyst or business system analyst, technical project management, process design, and implementation
- 1+ year of experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions
- Strong business and technology acumen, organizational agility, and excellent communication skills
- Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hybrid work model
Working Hours:
Best Buy India operates under a hybrid work model with an expectation for employees to be in the office three days a week - Generally, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
