Frontline Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team immediately.

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience at our hotel or restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional and friendly service to all guests
• Ensure herbal water is refilled and placed on the side station
• Wipe glasses and lay covers
• Maintain cleanliness at the work station
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Manager
• Assist in seating guests
• Delight guests with interactive services
• Ensure proper setup of all side stations in the outlet
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food
• Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to and maintained to the required standard
• Supply food to guest rooms when necessary

Requirements:

• No prior experience working in a hotel or restaurant is necessary
• Able to consistently deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of hospitality operations
