Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Middle Office Collateral team as an Associate, Middle Office Representative II. This role is located in Pune and involves providing quality service and support to internal and external clients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor collateral inflows from trade derivatives and facilitate delivery of collateral to appropriate investors and dealers.
  • Handle routine problem resolution and work within well-defined parameters.
  • Focus on smaller, occasionally complex accounts.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Derivatives, collateral management, or portfolio reconciliation functions.
  • Understanding of derivatives markets and regulations and basic level understanding of collateral function.
  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills.
