We are seeking an experienced NLP/LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready NLP pipelines, fine-tune open-source LLMs, and integrate LLMs into real-time applications.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of data scientists, product managers, and engineers who share your passion for AI and machine learning. As an NLP/LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing NLP pipelines for classification, named entity recognition, summarization, sentiment analysis, and question answering tasks.
  • Preprocessing and structuring large-scale textual datasets using popular libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, or custom tokenizers.
  • Fine-tuning and optimizing open-source models (BERT, T5, GPT-style) using Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Cohere, Hugging Face) into real-time applications and microservices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in Python programming and experience with popular NLP libraries.
  • Hands-on experience fine-tuning/training Transformer models (BERT, T5, GPT variants).
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs and working with prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with embeddings, attention, tokenization, and vector similarity (cosine).
