Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. This role requires a candidate with strong expertise in Python development and AWS cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation on AWS.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Automation: Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation on AWS.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Cloud Operations: Manage and optimize AWS resources including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, and CloudFront.
  • Scripting & Tooling: Develop automation scripts and tools in Python for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, and CloudWatch.
  • Reliability & Scalability: Improve system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive analysis and capacity planning.
  • Incident Management: Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
  • Security Compliance: Apply cloud security best practices, IAM role management, and automated compliance checks.
