  • Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows, improve output quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design and document operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable systems.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, align team tasks with clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented SOPs.
  • Standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
  • Maintain operational hygiene by organizing documentation, enforcing quality controls, and upholding compliance across workflows.
