Job Title: Senior Automation Tester

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester to fill a critical role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Playwright to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, aligning with business objectives.
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve and refine test automation processes to meet evolving business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and its applications in test automation, as well as the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience with Playwright or similar test automation tools, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, making informed decisions that drive business success.
  • Familiarity with retail domain and the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, demonstrating advanced technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Certification in test automation or a related field, showcasing commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of collaborative teamwork.
