As a Senior Engineering Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence across our organization. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, centered around code quality, automation, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will design, develop, and maintain tools, frameworks, and dashboards to streamline software development lifecycle (SDLC) efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for technical enhancement.
  • Champion the adoption of modern development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Promote best practices for writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code through regular training and mentorship sessions.
  • Analyze key engineering metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, mean time to recovery, code coverage) to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to ensure alignment on technical goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies to ensure they meet industry standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in biopharma equipment operations.
  • Hands-on experience with process excellence methodologies.
