Loan Pre-Closing Specialist

This position is responsible for coordinating with Relationship Managers to provide sales support and ensure smooth loan transactions. The Commercial Pre-Closing Specialist will review loan submissions, verify financial information, and communicate with the RM to gather additional information as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and have experience working in a fast-paced office environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and input loan submissions in CML, including reviewing financial information, ownership, loan structure, and compliance needs
  • Communicate with RMs to gather additional information necessary to deem the application complete and ready for underwriting
  • Complete loan pre-closing tasks, including ordering appraisals, environment reports, and title/UCC searches
  • Collaborate with RMs to ensure all conditions precedent to closing are met
