Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for monitoring infrastructure, reporting performance issues, and ensuring successful completion of scheduled tasks.
- Monitoring Infrastructure: Regularly monitor CPU, Memory, Hard disk size, Log size, and other vital server parameters to ensure optimal performance.
- Reporting Performance Issues: Report any performance issues beyond thresholds to the appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
- Scheduled Tasks: Monitor scheduled tasks on the system and ensure successful completion. Rerun failed tasks as needed.
- Customer-Facing Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- L1 Support Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing application or infrastructure support at L1 level.
- Technical Background: Strong technical background in Java and Scripting is an added advantage.
