Job Title: T24 Technical Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain the Temenos T24 Core Banking system infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in T24 architecture, deployments, and environment management, along with an understanding of banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the T24 environment including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
  • Administer application servers, databases, interfaces, and middleware.
  • Monitor performance and ensure high availability of the T24 system.
  • Conduct daily health checks, backup/restore operations, and log management.
  • Coordinate with development and support teams for issue resolution and deployment activities.
  • Maintain system documentation, change records, and environment logs.
  • Manage user access, roles, and security configurations within T24.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards, backup policies, and DR testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a technical T24 support or administration role.
  • T24 certification(s) or Temenos training preferred.
  • Expertise in Temenos T24 (TAFJ/TAFC), jBase, Oracle, or MS SQL databases.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting and administration.
  • Familiarity with T24 integration tools.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD tools.
