Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

The role involves designing, implementing and managing cloud infrastructure for high-traffic platforms.

  • Architecting and maintaining AWS environments including EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront and Route 53.
  • Automating deployments, scaling and infrastructure monitoring using Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Managing backups, disaster recovery and multi-cloud redundancy.
  • Implementing security best practices across AWS services.
  • Troubleshooting and optimizing infrastructure for cost and performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of AWS services, proficiency in automation tools and Linux administration skills.

AWS certifications are a plus but not required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but real-world experience is also valued.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, Route 53).
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
  • Skilled in Linux administration, networking and security.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
