Conversational AI Experience Designer

About Position: We are seeking a seasoned Conversational AI Experience Designer to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of conversational experiences using Amazon Lex V2. This role requires in-depth expertise in building scalable, production-grade Lex bots.

  • Define intents, utterances, and slots to create seamless user interactions
  • Configure multi-turn conversations for enhanced customer engagement
  • Manage session attributes, context control, and fallback strategies for efficient bot operation
  • Leverage Lex's native integrations with Lambda, Connect, and Cognito for streamlined workflows

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of existing bots or workflows from other platforms into Lex V2 for optimized performance
  • Configure Knowledge Bases and manage dynamic document sources (e.g., S3) for informed decision-making
  • Handle Lex bot versioning, aliasing, and promotion across environments for consistent delivery
  • Optimize language model performance using analytics and real-user feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Lex V2 for expert-level design
  • Custom intent and slot configuration for tailored user experiences
  • Multi-turn conversations and context management for engaging user interactions
  • Familiarity with Lex Knowledge Base setup for data-driven insights
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, API Gateway, and JSON payload handling for efficient integration

  • Experience with Dialogflow, Botpress, or Rasa for cross-platform expertise
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java for versatile coding skills
  • Familiarity with AWS services like Comprehend, Translate, and Polly for enriched experiences
