  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments to ensure proactive issue resolution and compliance with governance standards.
  • Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions to effectively communicate technical solutions and drive business value.
  • Support the global rollout strategy and localization efforts, providing strategic guidance and expertise to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Techincal Expertise

Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, acting as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications, analyze complex requirements, and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.

Design and implement integrations with local systems, conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain reports (Story Reports, Embedded SAC) to provide data-driven insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Support technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to drive team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors and international rollouts.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of technical consulting and solution architecture.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and share knowledge effectively.
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, with a high level of ownership, quality orientation, and innovation mindset.

Required Skills

The following skills are essential for this role:

  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Experience with interface integration and reporting tools, including SuccessFactors EC certification.
