Model N Specialist Job Description

As a seasoned professional with a strong background in Model N Flex application, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive techno-functional expertise across Model N Modules, including MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs. They should also have a solid understanding of technical platforms such as Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.

Beyond technical acumen, we seek candidates with excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills. A proven track record of working effectively with global delivery teams and product vendors is highly valued.

  • Providing expert-level support for Model N Platform projects, ensuring seamless implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.

Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Model N Modules (MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, GP Programs).
  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX.
  • Experience with BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) is a plus.
  • Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors.
  • Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology.
