Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of electronics engineering products and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Manage cross-functional design teams to develop new products and design modifications to existing products.
  • Develop and implement design verification testing and validation processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design descriptions, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements:
  • 14-15 years of relevant industry experience in electronics engineering, product development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with DO-160 and DO-254 standards, as well as EMI/EMC design and debugging.
