Senior Pega Automation Tester

This role requires a professional with significant experience in marketing or campaign testing, preferably with exposure to PEGA and CCM.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with POSTMAN for API testing, developing automated tests using C#, maintaining automation code on GIT, and conducting integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and running independently at times.

  • Develop, execute, and document relevant test cases mapping back to pre-determined criteria, including technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and/or user stories.
  • Create, review, and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test completion reports.
  • Analyze defects reported and provide detailed information about root causes.
  • Collaborate with the development team and campaign manager to ensure timely release and management of campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective.
  • Resolve escalated campaign quality issues and contribute to the refinement of QA guidelines and standards.
