The role of a Senior Director of Finance and Accounting involves leading the finance function to drive business growth, ensure financial reporting compliance, and optimize accounting processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full-cycle accounting team, overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes. They will also lead the year-end audit process, ensuring that financial statements comply with relevant standards and practices.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster employee performance and development.

Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 14 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing financial teams, driving business growth, and improving financial processes.
