Lead Architect

  • Lead a team of architects to coordinate with concept design teams for high-complexity projects, refining selected design options into schematic and final designs.
  • Collaborate with design specializations to ensure seamless coordination of design requirements across disciplines.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve design value engineering and develop tender documents that meet client expectations.
  • Review and validate design deliverables with clients and authorities, conducting detailed checks and issuing comprehensive reports.
  • Develop project schedules, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with expertise in developing designs for large and complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, international engineering standards, and global best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in software tools like Revit Architecture, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
