Lead our finance team as a seasoned financial professional and take on a leadership role overseeing daily accounting operations, including payments, receipts, ledger management, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise accounting teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain books of accounts in compliance with financial regulations.
  • Analyze and reconcile variances related to income, expenditures, payables, and receivables.
  • Implement internal financial controls and manage risks effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and finance teams to resolve concerns.
Required Competencies:

Educational Qualification:

  • CA Qualified with 3+ years of experience.
  • CA Intermediate with 5+ years of experience.
  • Commerce Graduates (B.Com/M.Com) with 10+ years of experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, and company law.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and familiarity with enterprise software.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
