Accounting Specialist for Financial Operations

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team at Stutzen corporate Pvt. Ltd. in Sivakasi, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rs.12,000 per month.

• Financial Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and regulatory agencies.
• Tax Preparation:
  • Prepare and file taxes in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist with audits and respond to tax-related inquiries.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the company's budget.
  • Forecast financial performance and provide insights for cost reduction and profitability improvement.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments.
• Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
  • Provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Compliance and Auditing:
  • Ensure financial operations comply with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Assist in internal and external audits.
• Software and Tools:
  • Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to record transactions, generate reports, and track financial activities.
