**Job Overview:**

  • The role of Trade Finance Manager entails meeting existing and prospective customers to comprehend their business models, banking requirements, and pitching suitable Trade offerings. This includes Domestic Finance, Cross-Border Finance, Non-Fund Based Requirements, Trade Advisory, and handling Remittances.

  • To grow wallet share, engage existing clients in identifying incremental trade opportunities such as takeovers, business growth plans, new structures, etc.

  • Provide trade inputs to Business Unit Relationship Managers, Credit Managers, and Sanctioning Authorities for credit sanctioning purposes.

  • Pitch digital solutions to ease transaction processing and reduce manual costs through initiatives like TON, Paperless Exports/Imports, etc.

  • Optimize limit utilization by bringing new transactions at counters and engaging clients to maximize the use of sanctioned limits.

  • Cross-sell non-credit flows and non-trade opportunities to internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Focus on revenue generation through Trade Fees, NII, and Trade-led FX Income.

  • Manage the Non-Fund Based Book comprising LCs, BGs, SBLCs, etc., as well as the Fund Based Book including Export Credit, Factoring, Invoice-based Financing, funding from IBUs, etc.

  • Foster digital penetration through TON, Paperless Import/Export, Host-to-Host, etc.

  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to promote cross-selling and revenue growth.
