The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in delivering large-scale AI/ML projects.
  • Effective program management skills – team & delivery management, stakeholder, and financial management.
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Proven experience in AI model development, deployment, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.
  • Proficiency with cloud services, Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, AI frameworks, and data management (SQL/NoSQL/GraphDB).

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics Communication. Other branches of engineering with demonstrated skills through past experience/projects can also apply.
