Job Role:

The position involves developing large-scale datasets for AI models, ensuring their fluency, coherence, and voice match human standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate datasets.

  • Develop and maintain extensive datasets for AI models
  • Annotate data to help AI models align with human values
  • Improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text
  • Collaborate with research teams to evolve specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
  • Meet target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows
Required Skills:
  • Master's degree or above in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to edit and improve written communication across various fields
