We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our Veeva practice as a Transformational Change Expert. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving transformational change within our organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include defining and executing the strategic direction of our Veeva practice, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You will develop and nurture client relationships, understand their challenges, and position Veeva solutions to address their needs.

Main Accountabilities

  • Overseeing Veeva project delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Managing the Veeva practice P&L, including setting financial targets and budgeting.
  • Leading business development activities, including proposals, demos, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Steering continuous improvement within the practice through the adoption of new Veeva features and capabilities.
  • Ensuring the team's compliance with all regulatory and compliance mandates specific to the life sciences industry.
  • Representing the company at Veeva forums, conferences, and networking events.
  • Collaborating with the Veeva partnership team to stay abreast of product roadmaps and updates.
  • Providing mentorship and career development pathways for team members within the practice.
