Research Assistant - Conference Management

Your role as a Research Assistant involves being a meticulous researcher, tasked with identifying and adding scientific conferences from around the world to our database.

The work entails scouring the internet for conferences across various niches, including medical, tech, AI, research, and cognitive science. Your daily tasks include:

  • Conducting thorough online searches to find 50-60 new conferences every day
  • Adding conference details such as name, date, location, website link, type of science/field, committee details, and important deadlines to our database
  • Ensuring each conference is unique and free from duplicates
  • Organizing the information in a clear and easily usable format

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • A recently completed degree or similar qualification (freshers welcome)
  • Exceptional skills in finding information online
  • Comfort with working with databases and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Able to organize data neatly
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic English writing skills
