Job Summary

  • We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Digital Product Designer to spearhead our product design initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strategic, forward-thinking designs that marry business goals with user needs, driving engagement and retention through intuitive, visually stunning experiences.
  2. Mentor junior designers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  3. Drive the development of comprehensive design systems, UI kits, and style guides, ensuring consistency and cohesion across our digital products.
  4. Foster a culture of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong background in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-fidelity prototypes, translate complex ideas into intuitive and visually stunning designs, and drive projects from concept to launch.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Strong expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
