  • We are seeking a Master Artwork Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing artwork and print production for various brands and categories.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Develop and implement artwork management processes to ensure timely delivery of customer packaging artwork.">
  3. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including internal stakeholders and external vendors.">
  4. Manage artwork in a continuously changing environment, where timelines are always tight, and artwork is always on the critical path for delivery.">
  5. Collaborate with Print Managing Agencies to drive agency improvements, ensuring consistent performance, quality, and efficiency.">
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as rate cards and service level agreements.">
  7. Participate in global workstreams to represent your categories or regions, sharing expertise and driving consistency of CP artwork projects.">
  8. Stay up-to-date with current technology, tools, and innovation opportunities to enhance speed to market and improve overall quality.

Requirements

  • ">
  • 2-3 years of experience in artwork management or a similar role, including print production, print management, packaging development, and supply management.">
  • Excellent project management skills, ability to build collaborative relationships, and adaptability.">
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and organizational awareness.">
  • Highly computer-literate, fluent English, and intercultural awareness.
