We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team remotely. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Analyzing and documenting quality management processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities aligned with quality control functionality.
  2. Configuring and customizing the quality management module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders in production, procurement, logistics, and IT to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.
  4. Conducting system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and providing user training and documentation to support successful adoption of quality processes.
  5. Troubleshooting and resolving quality functional and technical issues to minimize disruption to quality operations.
  6. Participating in projects, including implementations, rollouts, and upgrades with a focus on quality functionality and process integration.
  7. Supporting integration between quality management and other modules, such as material management, production planning, plant maintenance, and sales and distribution, to ensure consistent and accurate quality-related data flows.
  8. Managing master data related to quality inspection plans, sampling procedures, catalogs, and quality certificates.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with quality management in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
  • A strong understanding of quality principles, including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications.
  • Experience configuring quality control processes, such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
  • Familiarity with integration points between quality management and modules like material management, production planning, and plant maintenance.
  • Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces related to quality management.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA quality management is a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit support within a manufacturing or life sciences environment is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.
