Senior Creative Producer

A creative and innovative Senior Creative Producer is required to deliver exceptional video content for our clients. This role involves crafting engaging learning videos, promotional content, explainers, and campaign assets by combining editing, design, animation, and next-gen AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos across learning, promo, and campaign formats using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and Blender/Cinema4D.
  • Design and animate motion graphics, infographics, and explainer elements using industry-standard software.
  • Use AI tools such as Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, HeyGen, Kaiber, and Adobe Firefly to enhance workflows and innovate with AI + animation techniques.
  • Convert scripts and briefs into engaging video narratives that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing/product teams to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Balance speed, quality, and scale while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
  • Strong portfolio of edited videos and animations (explainers, promos, learning content, campaigns).
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, and Blender/Cinema4D.
  • Proven hands-on experience with AI tools for video and animation.
  • Strong storytelling ability and visual design sense.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
