The Business Development Manager will develop and strengthen customer relationships in India and Asian markets, providing services across the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage customer relationships with key decision makers in the Indian and Asian wholesale telecom market.
  • Pursue new business opportunities aligning with our global expansion strategy.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive meaningful business interactions.
  • Attend industry events and meetings to expand our network and strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Lead harmonization processes with new and existing customers.
  • Drive API development initiatives to streamline quoting, ordering, and post-sales processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve customer experience and reduce time-to-market for wholesale telecom services.
  • Create tailored proposals and respond to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.

Requirements:
  • Industry experience: 3-5 years in telecommunications, preferably in the wholesale carrier business.
  • Strong relationship-building skills: A proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Market knowledge: Understanding of the Indian and Asian telecom landscape and competitive environment.
  • Language skills: English is required; regional Indian languages and other Asian languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented: Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team.

Position Details:
  • Location: India (Remote).
  • Work Mode: Freelance / Teleworker.
  • Travel: Required for customer meetings and industry events throughout India and Asia.
