Microarchitect and RTL Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned microarchitect and RTL design expert to shape our technology portfolio with expertise and creativity. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in designing and developing microarchitectures for highly configurable IPs, ensuring optimal performance, power, and area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop microarchitectures for complex, high-performance IPs, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, and reuse.
  • Collaborate with software teams to define configuration requirements, verification collateral, and assertions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with verification teams on test plans, debug, coverage, and RAS designs, driving the development of high-quality, reliable IP blocks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with a strong foundation in digital logic, computer architecture, and VLSI design.
  • 8+ years of experience in microarchitecture and RTL development, including hands-on experience with Verilog, System Verilog, and industry-standard EDA tools.
  • Familiarity with leading-edge methodologies, such as Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and experience working in collaborative environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for innovation and learning.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Verilog, System Verilog, and industry-standard EDA tools, with experience designing and implementing complex digital circuits.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Perl, with experience in script automation and tool development.
  • Experience with ARM ACE/CHI or similar coherency protocols, PCIe/IO, and other high-speed interconnects, with a deep understanding of system-level interactions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, containerization, and orchestration, with experience deploying and managing scalable infrastructure.
