Job Description: As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional travel experiences for customers across the globe. You will work with our team of professionals to create customized itineraries, handle bookings, and provide expert destination knowledge to ensure unforgettable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to provide detailed information about our travel packages
  • Answer customer inquiries and handle bookings in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi
  • Experience in customer service and outbound calling
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
