Job Title: Automation Developer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant onboarding, dues generation, and UPI/WhatsApp reminders
  • Electricity/fines logging, complaints flow, check-in/out tracker
  • Lightweight caretaker web app for photo uploads and quick actions
  • Owner dashboard with occupancy %, receivables, alerts, and exports

Working Style:

  • Ship small features weekly; demo every Friday
  • Write clean PRs with READMEs and basic tests
  • Automate boring ops with scripts/flows; measure what you ship

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Avid reader (share last 2 books + 3-line takeaways)
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, async-first
  • Self-taught or computer engineering background
  • Comfortable with Git and command line

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prompt engineering (structuring prompts, tool-use, evals)
  • Google Cloud (Cloud Run, IAM, Firebase, Cloud Build/Storage)
  • Gemini API/CLI, Codex/Code-LLM CLI (or similar LLM CLIs)
  • JavaScript/TypeScript or Python basics; REST/webhooks
  • WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Sheets/Apps Script, Next.js/React, Supabase/Firebase
