At Siemens EDA, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our Tessent team in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advanced design-for-test (DFT) insertion and automatic test pattern generation (ATPG) for semiconductor designs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DFT and ATPG technologies, including Tessent TestKompress and Streaming Scan Network (SSN). You will work closely with our worldwide application engineering team to support complex ATPG issues and build test cases for advanced DFT methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver in-depth technical presentations and training materials
  • Collaborate with customers and Siemens stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
  • Build and maintain expertise in DFT and ATPG technologies
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to broad audiences
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of design logic design languages and tool usage
  • Experience with DFT or SoC design for complex ASICs/SOCs
  • ATPG, IEEE 1687 IJTAG, boundary scan (BSCAN), and hierarchical DFT implementation
  • Scripting language skills (e.g., TCL)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in LINUX and Windows environments
