We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist who can transform paid media investments into sustainable business outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will own the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, driving budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting at leadership level.

You will build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels, and partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.

A successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns and deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools.

They will also be able to lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proven track record of managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership
  • Experience leading a high-performing team of performance marketers
