We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to spearhead our innovative AI initiatives.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will lead our team in developing and deploying cutting-edge technologies, leveraging expertise in managing Artificial Intelligence project deployments within cloud-native environments built on .NET, React, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
  • This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with experience in managing technical teams and driving complex AI projects from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative work environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members while ensuring continuous professional development.
  • Drive the implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, integrating AI technologies into existing systems and processes to enhance business capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans, aligning with organizational goals and ensuring successful project outcomes through effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical oversight through expertise on AI project deployments, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 13 to 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience managing technical teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
