We're seeking a talented and experienced developer who can build high-quality, functional websites using Wordpress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Wordpress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and reusable components.
  • Build effective landing pages, homepages, and blog templates that drive conversions.
  • Perform database-level updates, optimize performance, and handle backend improvements.
  • Manage Wordpress templates to ensure responsive and cross-browser compatibility.
SEO & Analytics
  • Conduct keyword research, implement internal linking strategies, and perform on-page SEO optimization.
  • Set up and manage analytics tools to track trends and website performance.
  • Implement off-page SEO strategies and collaborate with the content team for backlink outreach.
  • Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals and performance scores.
Content Creation
  • Write and publish engaging, SEO-optimized blog articles on various topics.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ideate and draft content using Generative AI tools.
  • Support content planning for marketing funnels and campaigns.
Graphic Design & Media
  • Design visual assets like hero banners, blog graphics, social media creatives, etc.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator.
  • Contribute to UX/UI improvements through well-designed web components.
Social Media & Outreach
  • Manage our online presence on social media platforms.
  • Assist in content posting, community engagement, and follower growth.
  • Perform outreach and prospecting to generate leads for digital marketing services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Wordpress development.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, and SEO results.
  • Proven ability to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance user engagement.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing funnels, customer journey, and CRO.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence.
  • Willingness to take ownership of projects and drive results.
