Job Description:

As a seasoned analog designer, you will have the opportunity to lead and demonstrate your expertise in creating innovative designs and layouts that push the boundaries of technology.

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and mentoring skills, allowing you to own complete products from feasibility analysis to delivery for production.

  • Circuit design involving high speed, high precision, high current delivery, low noise, and low power
  • Full chip design, layout, and DV activities including technical ownership, schedule planning, and tracking
  • Design reviews and creation of necessary design, verification, and product documentation
  • Circuit architecture development starting from datasheet/system specifications; Working closely with systems teams to review/close spec gaps as they arise
  • Supporting validation and apps teams to model interaction of passive components and board parasitics
  • ATE test support with test plan, schematic, and layout verification
  • Participating in silicon debug, assisting in characterization and quality support
  • Driving new methodologies and working with the EDA team to upgrade tools and flows
  • Mentoring technical and execution aspects to junior engineers

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 4-15 years

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good analog fundamentals and problem-solving skills with in-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power, and low-noise techniques
  • Solid understanding and experience of designing linear circuit blocks, including bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, and comparators
  • Experience in handling full chip-level complexities, including aspects such as IOs, ESD, and memory
  • Experience in silicon debug, reviewing analog block, and full chip layouts
  • Good understanding of tools, DV, and layout
  • Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills, and teamwork
  • Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and aptitude for creative problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, showing initiative to drive results
