">The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing in vitro assays, expertise in enzyme and GPCR pharmacology, and the ability to work independently. The candidate will be responsible for leading and executing in vitro screening strategies for drug discovery programs in different therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, cardiovascular, and neuroscience.

Requirements
">The ideal candidate should possess a PhD in life sciences, pharmacology, biotechnology, or biological engineering, with relevant work experience. Hands-on experience in complex cellular models, multicolor flow cytometry, high-content imaging, and automation is desired. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, good oral and written communication, and presentation skills are essential.
