Growth Hacker

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our user acquisition efforts and scale our business through strategic partnerships and targeted marketing campaigns.

This key role will own the development and execution of user acquisition strategies, leveraging expertise in mobile performance marketing and growth hacking. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of attribution platforms, mobile analytics tools, and campaign optimization techniques.

• Develop and execute user acquisition plans across top ad networks, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other mobile acquisition platforms
• Leverage tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, Branch, and MixPanel for accurate tracking, attribution, and insights
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize user funnel to drive measurable growth, lower CPIs, and increase installs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, learn, and iterate rapidly on user acquisition strategies

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition and mobile performance marketing
• Strong command of attribution platforms and mobile analytics tools, with a focus on campaign optimization and growth
• Demonstrated success in hitting acquisition goals and improving campaign metrics, with a data-driven approach
• Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and growth marketing
